Excitement mounts for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo in China. Shanghai, one of the world's largest cities, is in the midst of a major transformation. In this six-part series, we explore this rapidly changing city from various aspects.

 

In the first edition, we catch a sneak preview of the upcoming Expo. The theme of the expo is "Better City, Better Life." More than 200 countries and international organizations offer their suggestions for better future.
